1)  Who is this event for? Do I need to be an Inferno Instructor?
The event is for any Fitness Professional who wants to up their game.
No, you do not need to be an Inferno Instructor – the conference is for anyone with an open mind, a passion for fitness, and for anyone who wants to grow and sell out their classes!

2) What is "The Assembly by Kiln"
The Assembly by Kiln is a premier 5,000-square-foot meeting and event space for rent in Las Vegas at the heart of UnCommons.
The Assembly is a contemporary venue for meetings and events with collaboration at its heart. The space has the ultimate flexibility in terms of size and shape of events, designed to suit meetings as small as ten and groups as large as 200+ attendees. Equipped with cutting-edge amenities and supported by world-class catering, it offers a flexible and inspiring environment designed to foster collaboration and community.

3) What happenned to the Durango Hotel and Resort - The location of the last two conferences?
Due to the success of the Durango Resort, the hotel will be undergoing a $385 million 18 month expansion with will occur from January 2026 - August 2027. The hotel will be building more gaming rooms, a bowling alley, a movie theatre, and more. We are excited for the Durango and hope to bring the conference back to the Durango in 2027. 

This year's location, The Kiln, is located directly across the street from the Durango and is only a 10-minute 1/2 mile walk across the street. The secondary hotel, the Home2Suites, is located across the highway and is 0.9 mile away - a 20 minute walk. 

4) Where do we stay? We love the Durango from previous years.
We encourage everyone to stay at the Durango as the first choice. It is the closest hotel. Unlike previous years, there will not be a room block. You will need to make separate reservations - checking in on Sunday, September 20 and checking out on Wednesday, September 23, 2026. The room rates are currently the same as previous years, $215/ +45 (resort fee) as of May 2026. That rate can and will go up if you wait until the last minute. The second choice is the Home 2 Suites by Hilton (The Curve 1-215). The Home 2 Suites, 8470 W. Sunset Road, Las Vegas, Nevada, 89113, is located also close to the Kiln, approximately 1 mile walk across the I-215 highway or a quick 5-minute Uber ride.  The average rate per night is cheaper than the Durango currently listed at $210/night (no Resort Fee unlike the Durango). 5) What dates should I set my flights itinerary?
The conference is 2 full days. September 21-22, 2026 8:00am-5:30pm
Check in is on Sunday, September 20, 2026
Check out is Wednesday, September 23, 2026
Ideally, flying in on SUNDAY, September 20, 2026 and flying out on WEDENSDAY September 23, 2026.

6) How far is the Durango Resort / Home2Suites from the Airport and How much is a Taxi or Uber?
The hotels are both 12 miles from the Las Vegas Airport. Transportation from the airport via Uber/Lift is approximately $40. Taxis range from $45-60.

7) What do I need to bring? What is the dress code?
We will provide the yoga mat, yoga mat towel and sweat towel. Please wear your workout clothes.

8) Are meals provided?
Meals are not provided in for the 2026 conference. We will be located at Las Vegas's "Uncommons" which is home to dozens of amazing restaurants and lunch spots. 

9) What is the refund policy for event tickets?
All sales are final and refunds are only allowed in limited circumstances, such as canceled, postponed, rescheduled, or moved events. If for any reason, you’re unable to attend, you can opt to receive a credit to a future event or gift your tickets to family, friends, or colleagues. To receive a credit or gift your tickets, notify us at least 30 days prior to the event by writing to Jay at info@infernopilates.com. If the event is canceled, postponed, rescheduled, or moved, you’ll receive a notification outlining your options; refunds are determined on an event-by-event basis.

10) Where can I find the event schedule?
The event will start at 8:30am. Presentations will be from 9:00am to 5pm. We will break mid-day 12-1:30pm. The topics for the event will be on techniques to become an “Enter-Trainer.” The specific topics and exercises, and fitness classes will be finalized as we get closer to the event.
