1)  Who is this event for? Do I need to be an Inferno Instructor?
The event is for any Fitness Professional who wants to up their game.
No, you do not need to be an Inferno Instructor – the conference is for anyone with an open mind, a passion for fitness, and for anyone who wants to grow and sell out their classes!

2) Is the Durango Resort new? I never heard of it.
The Durango Casino and Resort opened December 2023 and is located 12 miles southwest of the Las Vegas Strip. It is the newest property of Station Casinos, the owner of Red Rock Resort, Green Valley Ranch, and Palace Station. You can find more information on their website https://durangoresort.com/

3) What is the price for the Durango Resort?
The Durango hotel has created a room block for attendees starting at $209.99 per night plus taxes and resort fees.
The cut-off date for making reservations with the special room block is Friday, August 22, 205.

4) Can I arrive earlier or stay later to enjoy Las Vegas?
Yes – that is great idea! The temperature during that time is 80 – 95 degrees. Perfect time to be in Las Vegas!

5) What dates should I set my flights itinerary?
The conference is 2 full days. September 22-23, 2025 8:00am-5:30pm
Check in is on Sunday, September 21, 2025
Check out is Wednesday, September 24, 2025
Ideally, flying in on Sunday, September 21, 2025 and flying out on WEDENSDAY September 25, 20254.

6) How far is the Durango Resort from the Airport and How much is a Taxi or Uber?
The Durango Resort is 12 miles from the Las Vegas Airport. Transportation from the airport via Uber/Lift is approximately $40. Taxis range from $45-60.

7) What do I need to bring?
Please bring your photo ID and your yoga mat, yoga mat towel, and a sweat/hand towel.
If you want to travel light, you may purchase a Premium Inferno Logo Yoga Mat at the Conference for $100. An Inferno Logo Yoga Mat Towel for $45, and an Inferno Logo hand towel for $5. Total is $150.

8) What is the dress code for the event?
Please wear your workout clothes.

9) What is the refund policy for event tickets?
All sales are final and refunds are only allowed in limited circumstances, such as canceled, postponed, rescheduled, or moved events. If for any reason you’re unable to attend, you can opt to receive a credit to a future event or gift your tickets to family, friends, or colleagues. To receive a credit or gift your tickets, notify us at least 30 days prior to the event by writing to Jay at info@infernopilates.com . If the event is canceled, postponed, rescheduled, or moved, you’ll receive a notification outlining your options; refunds are determined on an event-by-event basis.

10) Where can I find the event schedule?
The event will start with a daily breakfast starting at 8am. Presentations will be from 8:30am to 5pm. We will break for a buffet lunch 12-1pm. The topics for the event will be on techniques to have “Sold Out Classes.” The specific topics and exercises, and fitness classes will be finalized as we get closer to the event.
